The Chairman of TAR Lobsang Gyaltsen presided over the 4th video conference meeting of TAR People’s government in 2014 for studying a specific topic on 2 September afternoon. Liu Shijin (The vice chairman of the State Council Development and Research center , Researcher) gave lectures on the topic “The long term developmental trend of China’s economy and strategy for reform” on invitation.
