It is reported that village cadres in Tibet have been trained on classification based on the different regions, ages, levels and types. Recently, more than 2000 village cadres have joined the training in Tibet. According to the authorities from the Office of Organization of southwest China’s Tibet Autonomous Region, going forward, the training for village officials and secretary will cover all the cadres in Tibet at the end of this year in the way of “ coming in “ and “going out”.
It is introduced that the organization departments at all levels in Tibet adopted measures like seminar and demonstration class. With a total number of 1550 participants, among which there are more than 1000 people joined the classes by distance learning, the Office of Organization of China’s TAR opened the demonstration classes of different topics such as safeguarding the stability, the secretary of Party Branch in the village with the complex situation, training for village director and the new village secretary of Party Branch. At the same time, itinerant speech is organized in the villages of each distinct city, peddling the Party’s policy and the law and regulations, inviting the experienced Party members to give speeches, organizing the specialists for giving professional knowledge and opening evening classes for cadre training.
The organization department at all levels also sent village cadres of remote and isolated areas to the advanced villages outside and inside Tibet for learning the experience of economic development, social management and the basic Party organization. For example, 200 village secretaries from Nagqu Prefecture were sent to Lhasa and the Shannan Prefecture for learning the experience of Party organization in grassroots areas. 30 excellent village directors and secretaries of the Ngari Prefecture went to Hebei Province and Shaanxi Province for study.
